Changes apply to the agent's next reply. No restart needed. Test-only; never affects real calls.

Cloud providers need API keys on the bridge machine (both have free tiers). Drill text is sent to the provider — test use only. Before connecting, all providers are listed; a provider that isn't configured on the bridge falls back on connect.

Synthesizes each reply whole for smoother prosody; first audio arrives later (~1s vs ~300ms).

Agent audio uses the clean browser playback format.
